Feedback from Support Visit 1

Visits were conducted by the project volunteer to 17 project schools during the week of February 5th to 9th.

A total of 44 teachers were visited at the project schools, with an average duration of 30 minutes per visit.

The primary goal of the initial round of visits was to assist the teachers with the setup of the BCP at the beginning of the year.

Demonstration sessions for BCP were held in the majority (76.5%) of the class visits, while at some schools (23.6%), discussions about the implementation of the BCP took place.

We observed that most classes were well-organized and prepared for the BCP implementation.

The overall teacher ratings at the start of the year were highly encouraging. The majority (13 or 76.5%) of the teachers received ratings of either average or above average, though there were some concerns regarding 4 teachers, accounting for 23.6% of the total.
