ZFM Support Visit Programme: 2024
The main aims in the second year of the teacher training are to:-
I) Facilitate teacher development through calibrated mentoring and coaching, enabling them to become proficient mediators of the BCP.
II) Empower teachers to independently implement the BCP throughout the entire school year, catering to all learners in their classes.
III) Offer ongoing support and encouragement to ensure the consistent and effective integration of the BCP into teaching practices.
