Kwena Basin Education Trust: Visit To Project, May 2015

Dr Benjamin and Dr Place to visit the project

The main purpose of this visit is to continue with the training of the teachers. The focus of the training is on the 3rd conceptual domain: Size.

Follow up class visits will assist teachers to start to implement this conceptual domain.

An additional focus of this visit will be on developing structures to sustain the implementation of the programme between our visits.

The next visit to the project (September 7 -11, 2015) will focus on the 4th conceptual domain: Position.

Before the workshop I thought (that) I knew how to teach or introduce my lessons, but now I know that I was not doing justice to my learners. I took them for granted ... as if (they would) very easily understand my instructions.
