Celebrating Transformation in Education: 18 Certified Mediators of Learning 

After two years of intensive training and classroom implementation, 18 teachers across 4 schools in the Metro North Education District have completed their journey as Mediators of Learning through the Basic Concepts Programme.

This achievement marks more than a certification — it represents a transformation in how teachers teach and how children learn. Through mediation, these educators are fostering curiosity, reasoning, and confidence in every learner.

This milestone would not have been possible without the collaboration between the Basic Concepts Foundation, Metro North Education District, and Durbanville Schools Foundation, whose shared vision continues to drive meaningful educational change.
