Northern Cape Project: BCP ROLL OUT STARTS!

Roll-out Phase 1: Starts in all 5 Northern Cape District
We are delighted to announce the beginning of the roll-out of the Basic Concepts Programme throughout the Northern Cape in all Grade R classes.
This marks a significant shift in the project, where the initial groups of teachers were trained in conjunction with the Basic Concepts Foundation. The project has to date trained approximately 350 Grade R practitioners which will now be expanded significantly.
The Department of Education in the Northern Cape is now taking the lead and will initiate the training of approximately 130 teachers in their districts. There are 10 Departmental Officials involved in the training as well as support from head office at the training sessions.
The programme for the start of the implementation is as follows: -
