Basic Concepts Revisted
In February 2014, Dr Louis Benjamin, originator of the Basic Concepts and Language Programme (BCLP), visited the HECT to review the programme's ongoing implementation at the Trust, and to initiate its extention to preschool children aged 3 to 5 years old.
The trust also asked in him to study the Effective Parenting Programme, and to recommend how it could be strengthened.
