Josephine Tendai has become a cornerstone of our Basic Concepts Programme (BCP) team.

She began her journey in 2014, teaching a multigrade class at Enkeldoorn Primary School in Lydenburg, Mpumalanga.

In 2015, Josephine was introduced to the BCP, which transformed her teaching approach and deepened her impact on learners.

She believes wholeheartedly in the BCP’s potential, having witnessed tremendous progress among her students.

Today, as a BCP mediator and mentor, Josephine is passionate about sharing these foundational concepts with other educators, helping them build learners’ confidence and cognitive skills for lifelong success.
