The real challenge, however, lies in implementation.

How does “brain power” move from policy into classroom practice? Because it doesn’t happen automatically.

 It is built — through interaction, language, and intentional teaching.

This is where the work becomes real: In the moment-to-moment exchanges that shape how learners think, engage, and understand.
