Anton Berkovitz

^{Anton is a Chartered Accountant (SA) with a BBusSci in Finance and the CFA Foundation Certificate. As CEO of Ilanyezi Investment Holdings, he consults on strategy, technology structuring, and financial systems for start-ups, educational institutions, and financial services companies. At the Basic Concepts Foundation, Anton provides financial oversight and strategic guidance, drawing on his extensive experience in the asset management and investment sectors.}

 Gill Brand

 ^{Gill is a seasoned Learning Support Teacher and certified BCP trainer based in Cape Town. Involved with the programme since 2005, she mentors teachers and supports learners in under-resourced communities, using the BCP to foster deep thinking, confidence, and long-term success in the classroom.}

Michele Lothian

^{Michele, a retired Learning Support Advisor, brings over 20 years of experience to her role as a BCP mediator and trainer. Trained in 2002, she now supports teachers at four Focus Schools in Cape Town, promoting cognitive and language development for learners facing learning barriers.}

Aimee Chiat

^{Aimee is a recent addition to our team and the founder and head teacher of Salisbury House, an independent primary school in Cape Town. A BCP trainer with extensive experience supporting children with diverse learning needs, she actively integrates the programme to foster cognitive growth in her learners.}

Josephine Tendai

^{Josephine is a passionate BCP mediator, mentor, and certified trainer with over 10 years of experience. Based in Mpumalanga, she empowers educators and learners through the BCP, drawing on her deep commitment and classroom success since 2014.}
