Two Online POSITION Training Sessions:-
The BCF team made a decision to run these two virtual training sessions to give teachers more time to integrate the previous domain.
We have also found that focussing on only one domain per training was more effective and would also not overload the teachers.
The two online training sessions were run a week apart giving teachers time to start to introduce the domain inside their classes.
The overall attendance at the sessions, considering multiple challenges on the day, was very good indeed:-
- Average number of schools: 14.5 out 18 (81%)
- Average number of teachers: 37 out of 55 (67%)
- Average number of video views: 7
- Average attendance corrected for video views: 80%
Teacher feedback from training:
86% of the teachers rated the training as either good or excellent.
